All users, including Trust Partners, are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Misconduct may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All parties are required to handle personal, transactional, and financial information with strict confidentiality, in line with our Privacy Policy and data protection laws.

3. Anti-Fraud and Compliance Policy

Vendor Cover has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and non-compliance. Violations will lead to immediate investigation, potential legal action, and removal from the platform.

4. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

Trust Partners must not solicit Vendor Cover’s clients or offer competing services for a period of 12 months following the end of their contract with us.

5. Reporting and Accountability

All users and partners are encouraged to report violations of these rules to our compliance team. We treat all reports confidentially and investigate each case diligently.

6. Dispute and Complaint Resolution

Vendor Cover promotes a transparent, fair approach to resolving disputes and complaints. Users are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team first, and if necessary, to escalate to mediation or arbitration.
